Service Auto Glass & Glazing

We have been using these guys for over a decade and they have always been there for us. They take care of our small fleet of heating and air-conditioning vans and we couldn't be happier to work with them. From the owner John, to their receptionists and their service techs they are always very professional and polite. Their prices are always very reasonable and their response time is fast. Wonderful service. Very nice people and great prices. Plus if my chip repair speads and fails i get that money back in a windshield replacement. Good deal.

They took great care of me when two windows of my camper were vandalized. Fast response and their willingness to come to my campsite was greatly appreciated.

My appointment was for same afternoon that I called. The personnel were friendly and professional. The receptionist helped me with the insurance and then got my Jeep into the shop right away. I waited only a very short time for the repair and the window looks awesome. I will definitely go back for any further rock chip repairs or window replacements.

UPDATE: 9-26-16: Greg came out, then let the office know what needed to happen. They set up another day. They called and let me know that Greg was sick and couldn't make it out, so they set up another day for me which was for today between 12 and 4. Well it's 6:07 pm and I didn't hear anything from them. I lowered my rating. If possible I would give them less than 1 star. I will be using another company for future glass needs. I had a great experience with Greg the first time he came out. 100% satisfied (5 stars). I requested that he be sent out for my next repair work, I'd wait for him. Someone else was sent out (2 hours after they told me they would be there) and I would say I was about maybe 10% satisfied (maybe). I called back and let them know the things were wrong (which were many). This guy did such a bad job that I'm surprised he has a job there. Multiple parts around my windshield rattle. One of the moldings on the side was even so loose that it ripped off while I was going down the interstate. When I called and let them know what was wrong, they were nice about it and set up a new date to have Greg come out. If they weren't as nice as they were and assigned Greg to come out I would have given them 1 star. My advice is, ALWAYS AND ONLY except Greg for the job. WAIT for him. He'll even explain what he's doing, in terms you can understand and treats you like you are his only customer that day! AMAZING!
