This was the best buying experience of a vehicle I have had with any dealer. Nate is great at his Job!! Honest straight up fair dealing. And fully delivered what he said.
These guys are not Salesman, they are car guys. I was helping out my cousin to buy her first own car, and I wanted a good experience, so I was shopping like if it would have been for me. Steve helped us out. I really like the atmosphere and relationship with customers. They are not looking forward to just sell you a car, but to make sure you get the car you are looking for. I fell no pressure at any time to buy a car. That says a lot. But what really got my attention about this dealership is that they really stage their vehicles for the new owner. Vehicles are detailed, in optimum conditions. You will not find any defects in their cars because they already went through and took care of whatever problem the car had. Lets be honest, there isn't a perfect car to there, but this vehicles are very close to it. I can't wait to be in need of a different car because I know where to go.
Let me tell you, this is the best place I've gotten a car from and I've only gone to large car lots that leave your credit in shambles. They were great! They were upfront and the best part is they only use 2 sources, both are credit unions to obtain a loan. My 18yr old has 0 credit and I co-signed with not that great of credit and zero down on a 12000.00 SUV with 18000.00 miles and we walked out with 6.9%. You'd be missing out not to go here 1st...I'm putting you up on game.
Bought a 2015 VW Passat TDI. It cost me 600$ to have it shipped to Utah which seemed like a very fair price. The car has been great and was in better condition than it was represented. I have bought a few cars site unseen and this has been my best experience yet. Saved me a few thousand dollars off the prices I could get in Utah. Thanks guys.
Bought my first ever car here and were very happy to help solve an issue regarding the convertible top. Amazing service and hospitality!
We search for a vehicle for months and had gone to several big dealerships in the area. We had heard very lie in the book - "we will lose money if we sell at this price", "we have $1000 into the vehicle", etc. etc. Then we went to Autosource and were so pleasantly surprised. There was absolutely no pressure to buy, including the fact that no salesperson drove in the car during our test drive. In addition, I never heard one of the typical lies the big dealerships had told us time and time again. They were open and honest and made our buying experience absolutely wonderful. The price was the best we had found and the car came with new tires and brakes. In fact, there was a light on relating to tire pressure when we purchased it. I told them I would take it to get it checked out that week after I bought it. Without hesitation, they sent us a check immediately for the 2 tire sensors that needed to be replaced. No big dealership would have done that. Finally, the dealership is itself is very nice. We watched the Badger game on a big screen while we waited for our transaction to be completed. Please save yourself the pain of other dealerships and go to Autosource!
Buying a car from a distance - site unseen - is a bit nerve racking. I did my due diligence, asked the questions I could, but ultimately I had to rely on the honesty of the dealer. The price was good but this is still a high end car and a con job would be a real disaster. I had a fairly complicated delivery at a hotel I would be staying at in Detroit - driver gives the keys to the front desk but it went off with a hitch. I immediately got the car washed and went over the exterior and interior with scrutiny. The next day my brother in law a very good auto body guy looked it over an found no defects. Cosmetically the car was as described. Mechanically it ran perfectly, straight and true down the road. What an excellent car! I worked with Nathan who made it easy to complete the transaction. Most importantly, I left feeling confident that he was being honest with me on the car. So much as a "sniff" of insincerity or minimizing problems and I flee. Nathan did not do that and the car is great; happy customer happy dealer!
Nate was our salesman, he was great from beginning to end was nothing short of amazing. We had some things on our vehicle that needed repair and he ALWAYS took care of us. We were so impressed with how he conducted business that we went back to him for another vehicle for our son. When he wasn’t available, he arranged for us to meet with his co worker, Steve, who stepped in and didn’t miss a beat! The no pressure sales approach is very much appreciated. Pricing is upfront and fair and all of the guys there are easy to work with. If you’re looking for a quality car, fair price and a salesman who doesn’t drive you crazy, this is the place to go!!
I purchased a car here in May 2018. I like the car, and the price seemed fair. However, their claim that vehicles are thoroughly inspected does not seem to be true. I should have looked the car over more, but I had an 8+ hour round trip to the dealership and back home so I was in a hurry. I was told the vehicles are thoroughly inspected and everything is in working order/all fluids checked. On the way home, the heat wasn’t working properly and I realized the coolant was very low. I had to put a whole jug in. The next day, it was hot out and the air conditioning wouldn’t work at all. I contacted the dealership, and they did agree to pay for the repairs. However, they asked me not to take it to a GM dealership because “they overcharge.” I just wanted my car fixed so I agreed to take it to a different garage. They fixed the air conditioning and apparently couldn’t find any leaks in the cooling system, but said to keep an eye on it. Once I got it back from the shop, I started looking the vehicle over more. The windshield washer fluid was empty. I was told the car had just gotten an oil change before I purchased it, but the car itself said 40% oil life. So either it wasn’t changed, or no one bothered to reset it. The car was supposedly detailed, but that’s not accurate either. It was clean, but definitely not “detailed clean.” I’ve kept an eye on the coolant and it has continued going low since then, so finally I decided to take it to my local GM dealership myself. They found 2 different leaks in the cooling system and a problem with the thermostat housing. However, all of these issues were covered under the power train warranty so I didn’t have to pay anything. If Autosource would have let me take it to the dealership in the first place, it would have been fixed a long time ago. But more importantly, if the vehicles were actually inspected like they say, then they should have noticed these problems. I would recommend people be cautious when purchasing a vehicle from Autosource, and make sure you get everything inspected yourself. The cover for my fuse box was also missing when I purchased the vehicle. They said they would send me a new one in the mail, but it never came.
The asking price was very good from the start for a very clean, well-represented car. I purchased this from out-of-state and only saw the information and photos from their web site. Steve was very easy to deal with. He got me the paperwork promptly and got the car shipped straight away. When the car arrived, it was extremely clean inside and out. It also ran great. Autosource had completed the maintenance needed for my car so I could just drive it. I would definitely buy another vehicle from them.
