Hector was amazing ... he helped me find what I needed, and then installed the clip on the splash guard underneath my car for me. Very helpful, definitely went the extra mile to help me!

I was away from my computer and figured I could just call real quick and ask them if they had a part in stock. After 20 minutes on hold I hung up and called back. The same associate answered and asked if I could hold, I calmly told him that I have already been on hold for 20 minutes and just needed a part lookup real quick. He responded with "oh sorry," then put me on hold again. I don't know if he was busy from lack of staff or if he just wanted to do something else. In the end, this place has show it cannot take care of its customers.

AutoZone on 17th in Idaho Falls, worst customer service ever. I ordered some lift supports last Friday for my Tahoe and the guy said someone can help you get these in. Well just went to pick them up and two ladies and some tall guy who you couldn't tell if he worked there or not. One of the ladies asked me my name and I told her and said that I was told I could get a little help and she looked at me like "I'm not doing it", the other lady was off in her little world and she asked the guy and he gave me an 8 second tutorial on how to install them. Then he walked away telling another customer "we got it all together, let's go install this for you" and headed out the door and climbed under the back of the guys car. When the manager lady who didn't want to help me install found my lifts she laid them on the counter in front of the other lady, the lady at the counter ignored me and the lifts and went and helped another customer, it took a full two minutes for the manager who was looking through me, out the window, to come up and ask "did she have you sign for that"? When I left he was still under the other customers car. This place is a joke and after spending $50 for a part, I expect it will be my last time spending any dollars there....

Bought several auto / RV batteries from this shop over the years. Happy with the service,bas they even installed the car battery.
