AutoZone

The staff here is completely incompetent. Called right when they opened to see if they had a part, they said oh we carry all batteries in stock all the time. Run there on my lunch hour, employee took a phone call, took an order, pulled an order all while supposedly trying to help me.... Said they had 3 in stock then said I needed to drive across town to another store. Couldn't be bothered to find the ones they had in store and wasted over 20 minutes if my time to be of no help. Even the manager wasn't helpful, didn't offer any solutions, just too bad go to the other store. If I could do zero stars I would.

Normally when i go to autozone i get good service but i went to a different autozone this time and it was slow i was there for about 30 mins and they couldnt find the small part i needed when it was right behind them on the shelf.

Had to order item not available. Given 3 different dates for arrival. Even with the latest date given item was still late. Employees continued to give contridactory info depending on who you talked to. Lack of customer skills.

Bad customer service. The overweight manager a dick. Don't recommend ..please avoid.

They usually have pretty low prices plus they price match anyways.
