As soon as I walked in an AA woman stopped what she was doing to assist me, I don't remember her name but her customer service was EXCELLENT. It was freezing cold outside and I bought two headlights that I had no idea of how to install and a man named Vladimir instantly volunteered to install himself. I was in and out in with my working headlights within 7 minutes! Excellent staff at this location. Highly recommended

Well intended group of workers here, but unfortunately after going in to get a new battery for my car, and over 30 minutes of back and forth with the associates, they still weren't able to find or offer me a solid cold weather rated car battery. Ultimately my experience with them was marked with a lack of organization & professionalism on their end. I walked across the street to Advance Auto Parts, and was in and out in under 10 minutes with a brand new battery, that was better price and quality than what Auto Zone could offer me. The team over there was concise and helpful. I'll be sticking to Advance for now on!

Management was INCREDIBLY helpful! Went in to buy a new battery on an extremely rainy day. Derek "helped" me out by putting in a new battery except for the fact that he did half a** job and my car didn't want to turn on after. I went back in and one of the managers went outside in the pouring rain was kind enough to give me a rain coat to help me out again, he mentioned something looked wrong and wanted the second opinion of the other manager. The taller manager went outside again in pouring rain to look at it and mentioned the first guy "Derek" didn't put on the battery correctly.. oh mind you Derek at this point disappeared from the store completely. Needless to say the both of these managers whom I wish I would've remembered their name as much as "Derek" went above and beyond to help me out on a VERY rainy day. I heard the manager say Derek is definitely getting fired, if I'm not the only one he's done a half a** job too I hope he does Needless to say, beyond thankful for those two managers!!!

Excellent customer service at this Auto Zone location! I went in late on a Sunday night and Bill helped me find a jump starter and explained to me my options for a new car battery. Monday morning, I returned for a new battery, which Isaac swapped out in five minutes. Friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. Thank you Bill and Isaac!!

I had excellent service from the staff. Even though they were busy and had a rule about not lending out things they cooperated and lent me a few things I needed to swap my belt and starter. 10/10 would shop again.

My Husband ordered a part..it didn't come when they said it was...My Husband went back the next day.A hour before they closed late ...it still has not come in...3rd day...My Husband sent me.. the wife ...they looked for it like it got put away.....some other young man came to tell me....they did order it...and he inquired about it the Day before..they said they would send the part.... Instead of sending the part to Columbus Ohio...they sent the part to Cleveland Ohio and they had no one too get the part.. cause they don't have any one to drive to go get the part...And they was not going to send it here...this place is on Cleveland Ave right.. Who do you have working for you AutoZone??¿?he did refund my money

Went to get 2 quarts if oil. Turns out I didn't need any. Took it back for a refund but my receipt was gone. Ended up getting a store credit.

Had to charge my battery, they would not help me take the battery out or put it back in, and when i asked why, they said “its a courtesy, not our job”. Horrible service, never going there again.

Isaac at this Autozone was incredibly helpful and kind. I came in late on a Saturday night and in the freezing cold and yet there was no hesitation for him to assist me. I’ll highly recommend this location to my campus friends and all of google. He explained things and treated me with respect! Isaac is a real one
