So far they always have the part I need. Stephanie is very nice and helpful. The only thing I can deplore is that sometimes you may have to wait more than 30min to get the piece ready.

I called earlier in the day and was quoted a price for my rims/wheels on my car. I went to pick them up, they showed me the items and sold them to me at the same price I was quoted. They were quick, friendly, and very helpful. I will definitely be back for future purchases!

I was quoted two different prices. The one over the phone changed when I came in. They said it was because I needed another piece with it. Which already seemed priced to high anyway! This place was more expensive than others around. Service wasn't great and it's very confusing when you first walk in. It's dirty and messy, but then again they have scrap parts! I did like that they offer warranties. My part tested good, thank gosh!

Scammers!!! Very worst customer service and representative behavior is inappropriate. Informed different when I asked and increased price while paying. Trying to scam more money.
