Great help in and out good ppl

I stopped by this morning to pick up a new pair of windshield blades and was assisted promptly, shown which blades were on sale, and even offered free installation, which I was not at all expecting! Service was great and my new blades were installed within 2 minutes. I couldn't have asked for a better experience.

Staff is great, helpful and quick to find parts. placed a few ship to store orders and they called me every time to let me know when they'd be in, which differed from the online timeline. I've been back 3 times since moving to the area and have only had good experiences. They also made the core deposit returns super easy. Thanks!

Dave dean and the driver mike are the 3 best people In that place I'm sure the others are as well but I worked here and dave and dean are good people

They did have what I wanted. However the guy at the counter was more interested in watching his movie on his phone than in helping me. He watched his movie through checking me out. He didn’t offer any assistance even though I was the only customer there. Would go to Auto Zone next time.

I felt like the parts guy gave up on searching for what I needed. I worked for NAPA a few years ago, so I know he could have got what I needed. But I didnt want to be "that guy" so I just left and got it somewhere else with no trouble.

The employees kinda know about automobiles. I know that they can't know everything about every make, but they all ought to know a little about the basics. On the plus side, I know people who know a lot about automobiles and typically this place has what I need.

They put you on hold and never =eturn. Was on hold for over 6 minutes. Got bored and hung up.

You are assured of quality parts at fair, abeit not exactly discount, prices. The staff knows their stuff. No problems with reasonably cared for returns. No gimmicks, just the part that fits.

These guys was awesome and gave me a great deal and i am very grateful!
