Went in looking for stop leak and ran into a woman who needed help with her car overheating. One of the gentlemen that worked there didn't seem to know much about cars in general but he still attempted to help the woman. When I asked him about a Hanes booklet for the woman's car he said that , "yes, they sold Hanes books there. When I went inside to ask another gentleman where the Hanes books were, he's stated that they didn't sell Hanes booklets.... So which is it, they do sell them?, Or they don't?

I walked into the store the other day to get a battery for a 2007 Honda CR-V I was greeted by assistant store manager Jackie she tested my battery and told it was bad I left came back to purchase a battery ,she was dealing with a disgruntled customer but she kept her composer and tried her best to take care of the customer , then she took care of me and helped me get the proper battery for my car, upon leaving she said thank you for your patience ,I told her no thank you she could have easily loss her cool and took her frustration out on me or the next customer. great customer service skills and friendly person .. need more people like that in more auto stores..

Wrong parts had to order right parts and make another trip.

I have called different autozones today. They pick up the phonbe and say please hold never to come back or they just pick up the phone and slam it down not saying a word. Aparently they do not want you to call them
