customer service is terrible and management is worse.  had came in to pick up an online order,  the website said it was in stock but when i got there,  Alex Q. told me it wasn't there.  proceeded to refuse to help me look for my part elsewhere and even canceled my pick up order after i told them they should know how to do their job. lost my 10 dollar online coupon.   WILL NEVER BUY FROM ADVANCE AGAIN.   Went to autozone where they had my part and signed up for their rewards instead.

Kelli is awesome she helped me get all the parts and supplies I needed to do repairs on my vehicle. The staff is great. The guy that helped me was Nike I think ,he really knows his stuff unfortunately I'm not sure I got his name correct.

Very knowlegable, friendly, fast and fair pricing. Helped me pick out what I needed for my oil change.

Went here to pick up a package from UPS staff were nice and helpful as per usual in an advance auto parts store was in and out in under 3 minutes.

Staff is friendly. Marcus has excellent customer service skills.

It would be a whole lot better if your die hard batteries lasted longer than 3 months at a time

Shout out to Christian who works there! He helped us with power steering fluid suggestions, was professional and knowledgeable.  He also pointed hubs and I in the right direction for a mechanic that was fair and got the job done!
