Excellent and responsive maintenance team.  Fahim helped me troubleshoot a problem I had with my A/C the same day I put in the request.  He installed a new thermostat on the spot. Very professional and efficient!

Fahim is the best maintenance man I have ever encountered. Fixed my AC easily and without issue. Guy deserves a promotion.

I moved to the Avalon at Gallery Place a few months ago. I have had a wonderful experience. The staff are excellent! Everyone is friendly and eager to help you with any problem. You’re close to the metro and great restaurants in the Chinatown area. I highly recommend the building.

We recently moved and have had good experiences with the staff and maintenance, who are both professional and knowledgeable.

We love living at Avalon. The service we get and the location and amenities make it home for us. The staff rocks!
