Just moved into the building, the people here are extremely professional and always willing to help. Amenities are kept up to date, clean and well maintained. Surrounding area has all the stores and activities a person could want

Unprofessional people when you are due to your renewal. I moved here a year ago, the building is nice, but the contract is vague and in one shot they increased my rent in 13.5%. When trying to negotiates and understand the contract I discovered the policy the present is not valid to them and is like signing a blanked check.

I like it because its peaceful, quite, and clean. The people seem standoffish around here, but they just got to warm up to you. For the most part, its a good living space to be, yet that all depends on YOU.
