Customer service is atrocious at this location. Workers are rude and could not care less about customer satisfaction. None of the employees ever have an answer to your question and when you do ask a question, they act as if you are interrupting whatever else it is that they're doing, which trust me is not work related! Hate coming here!

This store is in the process of selling all its stock at heavily discounted prices as they are going out of business. There is not a full selection of stock, but it is well worth a visit as there are some great bargains to be picked up.

Has everything you need from newborn to toddler! Customer service is great and their products are high quality. A little pricey but they ALWAYS have sales going on, making it petty reasonable. Did my baby shower registry here, love that gun! Got great gifts!

My experience was very confusing. Could not find items on the registry. Out of stock of the main gift I wanted. No personnel around to help. I hope that was my LAST shopping trip there. Sorry.

I tried to order chairs and Ottomans from here, ones that they have on display in the back. Because they don't have it in stock, it becomes a "special order," costing more and taking months to arrive to the store, for me to pick up. After asking if I could use the discount they sent me for having a baby registry and using the Babies r Us credit card, they said yes and rang me up. Not only did they lose one of my 15% off coupons, but the supervisor helping the woman ringing me up said, "don't worry about it, it won't work on special orders." Not caring that i may want to use it on something else. After pushing the matter they finally said they would apply it towards another item. Finally after almost two hours trying to purchase these "special order" items, i was rang up. Something seemed wrong, but i had a 7 week old and a frustrated husband in the car, so i just took ny items and left. When i got to the car i looked at my receipt only to find they didn't include any of the discounts. It is too much of a hassle to purchase any big items here, it's expensive, and the employees are not helpful. I've spent way too mich money at this store and i am going to cancle my purchase as soon as they open back up. I would have done it tonight if my newborn, husband and i weren't exhausted.
