Searching for a specific item they didn't have in stock. Helpful staff suggested other places that might still have it. This was nearly Christmas Eve. Will definitely be going back.

Super friendly staff, lots of fun. There's some toys out so the kids can give them a "test drive" before you buy even! Tons of fun. Was even better when I brought my daughter to meet Elsa for an in store event! You can tell the staff enjoys there job and they're happy to help you. The kind of customer service I truly enjoy! I want to go there just to hang out (of course I can never walk out without finding something!)
