I have been here a couple of times a year to pick up random items. I can see why Kmart is where they are in the US economy and why Louisiana is where they are ranked in education, STD, and obesity rates, lol. That spiraled down fast. You’ll be okay coming here but if there is an issue requiring a manager, I doubt they have the staff to move quickly enough.

Standing in the only line open as I’m writing this. 2 employees are checking out while on the clock. It took 10 minutes for the customer service employee to come change the price on a Christmas tree. They are all standing up here talking. If they would stop messing around, the line wouldn’t be into the clothes. These people have no customer service skills.
