Had a lovely visit with the proprietor. The sweet woman whose name escapes me explained the varieties of king cakes and where to get them. Her shoppe is organized perfectly and easy to navigate. The selection of children’s books is wonderful. Returning home to NC from our vacation in NOLA, I’ve had a chance to use my favorite new coffee cup and read “The Runaway Beignet” which I plan to give to our Granddaughter... now I want a copy of this beautiful book of my own!

Many shops have come and gone but the little toy shop is always there! Great selection of books!

This toy store has been unfairly rated based on one particular item.  This is not only a toy store but a specialty shop for ALL ages.  Many collectors look to reenact certain parts of history.  Many don’t have the ability to paint their own characters.  I think it’s great that this shop choose to carry these pieces.  It’s history, it happened, we triumphed, survived and have become better human beings because of it.

This is a really cool toy store with classic toys. When I was a kid, I always had to stop in and get a Smurf. They still have them. All the classic toys.

That was absolutely the best experience of buying toys! My boy was so happy with the present that i bought for him here. I have chosen magnet constructor and all weekend all family playing with it. That's so so great! Thank you
