Literally the most unprofessional, disgusting company ive ever experienced, as a nanny with a lot of experience and just wanting to get on the roster.. the owner (Trina Boyd) was spotty at communication in the first place, then set me up for an "interview" and gave me an address that, honestly, ended up not existing. she took 25 minutes to reply to my facebook messages with her number and didnt pick up for the four times i called, and then called and told me it was another building and she "didnt see the calls". When i called her out on it, and i said it was a wrong address and this is unprofessional, she said i was getting snippy. I told her i am under several agencies and have worked for several families and this is incredibly unprofessional to speak to a nanny like this. she said she would not interview me since " this is how i would get with parents" and I walked away.. I am disgusted with the attitude and feel i dodged a major bullet. She cannot speak to potential babysitters or nannies with this attitude. No parent i have ever worked for has ever acted like this or given the wrong address, or they at least state a company/building name. I am disgusted and will never use this company. I have tremendous patience with families and my children. I do not have patience for lying from a business owner.
