She consistently checked in with me throughout the interview and hiring process, and was able to match me with the perfect family. Definitely recommend for nannies looking for a great family!

Emily was a pleasure to work with and made this process so easy for us. I had the resumes of 7 interested candidates in my hand within 4 days of having my position posted and have hired my first choice of those candidates less than a week later. I'm dreading going back to work a little less because I have a highly qualified nanny to take care of my first baby. The placement fee was well worth having an expert in the field do the legwork of finding a great fit for us rather than spending my maternity leave doing it all myself. Would definetly work with this agency again.

I cannot say enough good things about our experience with Charlotte's Best Nanny Agency.
