My Girl Friday LLC

I have worked in the My Girl Friday network for a little over two years. Part of my role at My Girl Friday is to help provide reliable care to families whose nannies are temporarily unavailable. I really enjoy being able to supply our clients and their children with interim care so their schedule doesn’t have to be interrupted. Since working for them, I have been able to witness first hand the heart behind this company. Given my Master’s degree in Family Studies and my experience working with children, I stand by My Girl Friday’s approach to positive interactions through positive parenting and positive discipline. Overall, I highly recommend this company to nannies and families. My Girl Friday does a great job of getting to know both nannies and clients. They go above and beyond the expectations of a typical nanny agency, and utilize the information to find the best fit for both the family and nanny.

As a single mom with a child and career that I adore, I have found a home in My Girl Friday. The nannies are great, is great as a full time solution as well as last minute. Have had several occasions where things have come up and they have treated me literally as a close friend and family. Other than my family they are the only ones I trust.

Only the best of the best make it onto the My Girl Friday Team. We hunted for a nanny for a long time, and never found anyone who met our extremely high standards. We hired My Girl Friday to help and every candidate they sent was incredible! We hired one of them and have been incredibly pleased.

Definitely a case of buyer beware. Never pay upfront for services BEFORE they're delivered. We were told that there was a partial refund policy if company could not find us a babysitter. Said company never found us a babysitter and we were forced to place our children in daycare resulting in one of us having to take 2 days PTO due to the short nature of finding and enrolling. Of course, the company went dark when we attempted to exercise the refund policy. Again, it was a partial refund and we were fine with that. Very bad experience. I would not recommend or use again. Stay far far away from this company. We learned our lesson the hard way, please don't fall victim to them either! I would of written this review sooner but our lives got flipped upside due to this company and I'm just now getting things back together.

Friends have used this service and rave about their process for finding a nanny, their guaranteed services and how easy it is for busy families to find a nanny that suits their needs as well as their nanny's needs, which helps ensure retention. We'll definitely be using My Girl Friday when we're ready to find a nanny!
