Find you dream job, WHAT A JOKE! But if you need a job just to pay for your drug then that's the place for you because you won't be there long enough to be full time. The management is a joke! They are hard core on their attendance policy as well! So if you have a runny nose and need to stay at home well you better have a doctor's note when you return the next day. During seasonal, Oct-Jan, you get worked like a robots! Those days start as early as 4:30 am and can go till 5-6 in the evening. 6-7 days a week! Going to ANYONE and complaining is a BIG FAT NO-NO! They don't like drama or complaining! There is no work/life balance! Good luck is all I have to say!

Horrible place, I went it aced the interview. But i had a background from 5 years ago. I made a mistake when I was young. But they didn't seem to care that I changed my life around, they where only worried about the past which was 5 years ago. I have 3years of experience in this line of work. Also the lady that intwerviews me was RUDE and didn't care where I was coming from....

I’ve done one order. It went just fine but I knew the cloths ahead of time because I already had a set of the gloves and shorts I ordered. No complaints

My new belay device broke after three weeks, these guys were super responsive via chat and email and sent me another the next day. Impressed!
