Mountain Sports is just an awesome all around place for your outdoor recreational needs. The ppl here are always friendly and eager to help. They have an awesome selection of fly fishing gear, kayaks, bicycles, and clothing from several different brand names. They have a local fishing guide that works there that is very knowledgeable about the local rivers and he will spend all the time talking with you that you want to talk. The majority of their merchandise is priced below the competition. They also have layaway on most items.. It's a local small business and it is definitely worth going their over the major chain stores. Stop in and look around even if your not looking to buy and you'll be surprised at what all they have to offer.

Very helpful staff. I was looking for a fishing kayak and over a two day period I visited this business and decided on the Perception Pescador Pro 12. Great yak! I've had it in the water twice since I bought it 2 days ago and it has met my expectations. The folks helping me were friendly and very knowledgeable. Prices were fair for this type of water craft. I also looked around the store and they are well prepared to help with a variety of outdoor pursuits; fly fishing, climbing, camping, clothing, hiking. I suggest they are worth checking out.
