Bagel Villa

This is my local bagel joint. I’ve had their bagels countless times over the years, and they are always fresh, a real NYC bagel. I only wish they put the toppings on both side of the bagel.

So real fast I wanted to order a “grilled” chicken rap and one of your employees I had asked him if he puts the chicken in the microwave, and he said yes cause it's pre-grilled I said Doesnt that make the chicken soggy and he replies yes. So why can't you just heat the chicken on the grill instead of cutting it short and giving out soggy bitter check-in, Doesnt make sense to me.

I have been living in bayridge over 22 years I have eating bagels all over this bagel shop has beautiful fresh handmade real water base bagels and I am in love I found this gem I am so happy to have a great bagel place close to we’re I live and I just found out they deliver with only a 10$ min thanks bagel ville Also they have the best coffee my friends from across the street put me on to this spot

After the past 2 years… I do not recommend bagel villa at all. I had been coming here with my family since I was a little kid and would always get bagels on the weekend. The quality would be fantastic and the staff would always be very nice. Now the quality of the bagels has drastically gone down. The bagels are much smaller, and not at all soft or fluffy. Most times the bagels are hard and chewy unless they are hot and have just been put out. Not to mention I go here every morning and one of the counter guys skimps on the sandwiches all the time. I will pay extra for extra eggs on a sandwich and he will not put extra. We have confronted the counter guy and even the owner about this issue but sadly it keeps happening. It happened just today and when I called and explained to the man and asked for a refund politely, he argued with me swearing that he put eggs on my sandwich today when he put not a single egg. He charged me over $6 for sausage cheese and a bagel… and omitted the 4 eggs I ordered. He refused to give me a refund and said that he will just give me a free sandwich monday. I don’t even want to return at this point. Bagel villa is run by crooks. And as far as allergies go… don’t go here. One of the counter guys cut a bagel with a knife that was definitely used on a nut product which caused my boyfriends throat to swell as he is allergic. We have notified the counter people about the allergies in the past and asked that they use a clean knife etc when cutting the bagel. Seriously… don’t go here

Great food and excellent service! Our Driving School is nearby and we order from them at least 3-4 times a week. Everything is always fresh and they always deliver everything in a timely manner. Great job Bagel Villa!

I love this place! Food is consistently great. More than just bagels!! I especially love the minestrone soup! Coffee is the best around. I often attend the store and the staff is always courteous. Their delivery service is prompt and my orders are packed well.

The best bagels and salads! My personal favorite is everything bagel with cream cheese and the spicy chicken salad! Staff is quick and friendly. My go to place for breakfast and lunch needs. I always use them for catering orders- wrap platter bagel platter... always fresh, delicious, and beautifully presented!

I get delivery from Bagel Villa quite often and I always love whatever I get. Their drivers are super nice as well. I used Google's chat feature to ask about their coffee roaster I *really* enjoy their iced coffee and got an answer quickly. Joe was very helpful in his response as well as on the phone when I wanted to order the coffee beans, and they even sent a free muffin along. One thing I will suggest is to add the option to buy the coffee beans online for delivery Google Delivery, Grubhub, etc. so that it'll be easier to order everything all at once online rather than call for those who would much rather click a few buttons ; Thanks guys!

We recently spent a week in NYC and stayed at an Airbnb in Brooklyn. Luckily, Bagel Villa was just down the street from our Airbnb. We ate at Bagel Villa three times. We stopped in for breakfast and enjoyed bagels, bagel sandwiches, breakfast wraps, an omelette and chocolate croissants. All four of us thought everything was outstanding. The chocolate croissant is the best one I have had in 10 years. The pricing is super affordable for the quantity and quality of the food. The drip coffee was also one of the best cups we had in New York, and we are from Washington State and drink a lot of coffee. We met the owner, Joe, and he gave us some tips for other local places to try. He is a great guy, very friendly and takes pride in his shop. They also offer lots of lunch options including a fresh made to order salad bar, sandwiches, salads, pasta and fresh juicing. I highly recommend Bagel Villa. You will not be disappointed! TREAT YOUR CUSTOMERS BETTER. Staffs are so unfriendly and rude even to regulars. If this wasn’t the only bagel shop/deli around, I would’ve already gone to the other place.
