Without a doubt the best bagel shop in Bay Ridge and one of the most underrated spots I’ve tried in Brooklyn as a whole. The staff is really friendly and the prices are entirely fair. Most importantly, Sam’s has the most delicious tasting bagels! They offer a great variety and each are made perfectly. I especially enjoy their mini bagels with scallion cream cheese and lox. You can see the quality of their products and how fresh everything is. I cannot recommend this hidden gem enough!

Ok let’s just say I’m a Brooklyn Guy born and Raised on Bagels & Pizza …. My Dad & Mom Would go to a bakery at night and pick up a dozen Rolls & A Dozen assortment of Bagels …. We would have them for at least two days …. The second day we would still feel the freshness of all the assortments…. Well that’s how we feel about Sams …. Their fresh and can last for days without reheating…. The sandwiches are outstanding and delicious when they put the Art into each sandwich or the preparation of tje bagels …. The staff is beyond friendly and listen to what you want and ask if theirs anything need to make your sandwich more enjoyable…. The owner’s attitude s always friendly and really goes 9 yards to make your visit enjoyable…. The place is super and it seems theirs a return if customers in a sail base’s You can tell the staff is doing it right just by looking at the tip jar …. The only suggestion I do have is they should put some tables outside so you could enjoy the fresh air … Thanks Sam for all the Smears !!!!

Sam’s Bagels is incredible!!! I love their bagels, coffee, and wraps! The bacon, egg, and cheese breakfast wrap is incredible! Amazing prices and staff!

Sam’s Bagels is not only our favorite bagel shop in Bay Ridge, but in the entire city. No, I haven’t tried every bagel, but having lived most of my life in Brooklyn, I’ve tried many. Perfectly chewy on the outside, but just right so that it’s not too tough, nice and fluffy on the inside with a nice chew. Their fillings are awesome too, great lox, excellent tuna salad. Just all around a wonderful bagel shop. Whenever we’re away from the city for a while, Sam’s Bagels is one of our must stops upon return to get our bagel fix.

I've been to a few bagel spots. This is by far the best one in Bay Ridge in my opinion. Their coffee is amazing. Fresh Lox and Cream Cheese on Everything bagel 10/10. Their lettuce and tomatoes are so crisp and fresh every time. I can't find any fault. Highly recommend !

The food here is mmm mmm good! It’s a very busy shop but they move quick, friendly staff and just want to get you in and out... you can tell it’s be around for a long time so it doesn’t look so up to date and you might get a little scared of the bathroom but it’s still a little gem.. can’t go wrong with a BLT

One of the few places open in the morning, Sam's was great. Coffee and bagle for the win!

End the search. This is the best bagel in NYC. Every single time I order from them it is the absolute perfect bagel.  Chewy in all the right places and baked perfectly. I've lived in NY my whole life and this is THE spot.
