Our go to for taco Tuesday! Great food, rlly good frozen margs in a cute little backyard space.
Great bartender. Drinks were well balanced and tasty. Food was flavorful and fresh.
My wife went here with a friend a few weeks ago and raved about it, so I had to try it. Glad I went, the food is fantastic. I started with a house salad, it was good. For dinner I had the Ropa Vieja. Shredded hanger steak in a tomato based sauce cooked with peppers. Wow, the meat was tender and had a lot of flavor to it. Something I would definitely order again. My wife ordered the Chicken Fajitas. The chicken was done right, and the peppers and onions were done right, not overcooked. All of the sides were fresh and had a lot of flavor, oh and the guacamole was spot on also. The waitress was nice, and did s good job. Of course my wife had to get a white sangria which she said was good. My only issue with this place is the size, it's kind of small and there is a bar in the front so I had to hear a loud mouthed woman complaining about how she tried to emigrant to Canada when Trump was elected president. Every other word was an f-bomb. Anyway, overall for the price, the food and service was excellent. If it wasn't for the loud mouth drunk girl, I would have given 5 stars.
This is our go-to monthly get together for my friend and I because it has great cocktails, friendly service and very good food. Taco Tuesday is amazing and they're outdoor patio when the weather is appropriate is lovely. I only wish it was open in the winter. Vegetarian options: There is a wonderful avocado taco and a few vegetarian options that are fantastic Kid-friendliness: I'm a staff seem to like kids but the space inside is a little small outside it's much larger and appropriate for kids
Pictured is a chicken quesadilla, bistecsteak, can't remember the rest of the name, chicken fajita w/fixings. The drink is a watermelon margarita. All great food & always friendly staff, in the patio area with nice ambiance. The mashed potatoes weren't "bad", but could've used either garlic or cheese, preferably both.
My friend was in town and we attended for brunch. We ordered choriqueso and had micheladas. The michelada was tasty it had chamoy and tajin on the rim and was made with clamato. It was not too packed the service was really accommodating and friendly. We were treated very well and had the best time.
Consistently very good food and great cocktails! Love the Brunch menu - the Huevos a la Mexicana was so flavorful and delicious. One star off because the service was very slow on our last visit - no water/menu for about 15-20 min after we were seated and nobody checked on us to ask if we wanted anything else.
I picked up a La Cantina lunch bowl from Blue Agave today and it was delicious. They have many choices for protein, toppings, sauces and even a build your own bowl option. The average lunch bowl is $11. The amount of food for the price was great and I was full and satisfied for hours. Definitely stop by if you’re looking for a quick and flavorful lunch.
This is a cute little Mexican restaurant in Bay Ridge. Food and service is pretty good. My Raspberry Mojito was banging. I would definitely come again....I have to try one of the Margaritas on the menu.
Appetizers are okay. However the happy hour here is good, and the food is tasty. We liked the tacos here for taco Tuesday.Dine in: YesOutdoor seating: YesTakeout: YesDelivery: Yes
