ive recently had a part replaced. Rob was very nice. they got my car in and out. i also bought a car from Baird for my college student abt 4 yrs ago now im possibly going to purchase another for my youngest for college. I am very satisfied with the service ive rec'd at Baird.

Sadly the place is now closed on Saturdays but is it still a good place to go get your car fixed for good rates won't screw you around

STAY AWAY....AAA CERTIFIED MUST BE A JOKE! Will never return and will spread the word! go to Kelly's or Grossos! Price of replacement auto parts are EXPONENTIALLY Marked up and upon proof of this extortion was told "this is how we do business". Labor was overcharged. On top of that my vehicle was DANGEROUS to drive due to forgetting the most simple thing as tightening a nut. I took my vehicle to another shop when i noticed clunking and sounds post Baird's work. Found out my Tie Rod Nut was finger tight and had it broke or come off my vehicle could have rolled!
