We bought a lemon of a minivan from a small car dealer in Indiana. This thing had more issues than I can list. Immediately after purchasing, we had to replace the entire coolant system and then the air conditioning went out. I had checked with several dealerships in the area to see what they could do for a trade-in value and most of them were offering a few hundred dollars. I stopped into Hutch's and explained our situation to him. He told me if I ever needed to drive with my son in the car for more than a few miles, that he would loan me anything on the lot until we could figure out a different situation (he was very concerned for our safety). When we were finally ready to finance a vehicle, we traded the van in and got a VERY generous trade-in value (one that literally made me burst into tears when we signed) and an AMAZING deal on a Chevy Equinox. Words cannot describe this man's generosity and overall kindness. We will be clients for as long as we live in the area and I couldn't recommend him enough.
