Baker Street Pub & Grill

I'm an English lady and was delighted to find this Pub. The food is quite authentic to English food and the atmosphere of the place is very warm and friendly. The staff are very nice and try their best to accommodate your needs but they do get very busy so patience is appreciated..give it a try. My family loves it. The Hostess is English and a wonderful girl. Be kind to her. 😊💜💙💚💛

Been here 5 minutes. Had to grab our own menus. Still haven't been acknowledged by anyone who works here. Gone very downhill Update (same night). Feel like we're putting out the wait staff. Do not seem to carry about customers or how she is treating them. Figure if this trend continues this restaurant won't be here much longer. Customers can take their business elsewhere where it is appreciated. The most bland burger I've eve tried to eat. Even had my husband try a bite and he concurred that it was an extremely bland burger. Won't be going back.

Baker street is a franchise pub-style eatery, with a pretty standard menu. The ambience is attractive if you're in the mood for the British pub surroundings and the Baker street in Bel Mar has an outdoor patio that juts into a courtyard area. The music in the courtyard and bar area is a bit too loud for quiet conversation, but otherwise the bar has a lively casual atmosphere.

I regularly go here but tonight the blonde waitress on the patio area was appallingly rude. We ordered a drink at the bar waiting for friends to arrive, friends get a table on the patio, then we walked out on the patio to sit down and join them, and waited 50 minutes for a second round, and no one came around. No big deal, its a busy time, so we went to the bar to get another round, waited for wait staff and again, no one came around. Waitress walked by us at least 5 times. So we go to the bar and grab the round after that. No wait staff involved. Closing our tabs at the bar, the waitress who maybe checked on the table maybe once was confrontational got in my face, calling us rude and disrespectful. No one came around so we got drinks ourselves, and got talked down to by staff. Nah. I'll be heading to crazy mountain next door from now on. Lost me as a customer. Bar service is awesome, but staff aside from the bar area is unprofessional and plain rude.Talked to "Aaron" to say what happened.

Great food and an awesome happy hour! The indoors and patio both get super packed especially on weekends so be prepared for a wait and crowds if you're going for a Friday happy hour. It also gets very noisy inside, especially when they have live music so not the best place if you are looking for a quiet dinner. But service is really good and I've always had a great time, just be prepared for a lot of people
