Lovely people. My cat comes home happy and insists she can't wait to go back to Banfield because they treat her so well. This may seem trivial, but I left off the fifth star only because the slatted wooden benches in the lobby area are uncomfortably hard. I get that it's for cleanliness – but agonizing for people with back problems who need to sit!
The doctors and staff are always so kind here! I just moved to the area last summer and was so happy to see there was a Banfield in the area to go to! My pup is 12yrs old, healthy, and acting like a puppy thanks to Banfield’s care/drs/and employees. Thank you for all that you do!
Great care from staff and they’re kind people, but good luck you’ll need it getting an appointment or talking to someone on the phone at this location. They must be tragically understaffed. Whoever manages this location needs to fix it or reduce their hours again which they have. In last year, have left multiple voicemails and never gotten return calls 5 during September 2022 alone trying to get appt for our cat - was never called back. Can never get an appt at the NW location through MyBanfield portal - just says no appts at location and to call. Vet calls you with a Q and miss is and need to call back? Can’t do it. If someone answers you’ll be out on hold immediately, and sit there indefinitely. Just sat on hold for 35 mins to figure out when I can pick up our dog from her routine appt today. I’m still on hold right now. Just book an appt at another location and don’t even try at the NW location.
I’ve been taking my dog here for the last 5yrs and they do a wonderful job. Super nice and efficient getting your pets taken care of

I’m convinced Banfield as a whole is only for healthy pets. If your dog has something wrong, don’t go here. If you’re trying to treat your dog/ prevent your dog’s symptoms from being worse or more costly, don’t go here. The staff is nice but when it comes to being an advocate for your pet and them invested in their well-being, this ain’t it. I’ve tried a few in our area for our dog with chronic pain in their legs and each time we discuss our dog’s symptom of limping, crying, babying their leg, etc… but because they don’t see it at glance, the problem doesn’t exist. “They seem fine”… I go to a vet because I don’t know how to diagnose or treat my dog. I keep going because my dog is unwell and I want them to live a healthy life. I want to trust their expertise but they minimize everything I say and provide no solutions, suggestions, or even another vet/ expert who may be able to know something more than them. At the end of the day, we are paying for a service both in visits and monthly fees, and although I can’t pay them to care, I do expect to receive the service we do pay for, which they don’t provide.
I'm kinda upset with them right now. I took my pet here about 30 days ago with walked away with 3 different medications. We were told that the symptoms would go away. This was GROSSLY untrue. As I am sitting here writing you; my dog is afraid to walk too far cause he is constantly walking into things. When we are on walks, I have to keep him super close to make sure that he doesn't walk into people or objects. It is not that I don't believe in this team or their ability to treat animals... but my dog is FAR WORSE after all the medications and I have yet to get a call or email about test results. Now in all actuality, I have to pay more money to get the most severe symptoms treated cause now he's dealing with a blindness that could have been treated the first time. I am a first time dog breed owner and I understand that if something was healed right away this place wouldn't get paid... totally get it. But... now... I have to live with a pet with a pet that is going to require more appointments and more medication. Now, i get to go about my days scared and sad that this now blindness could have been prevented a long time ago if someone was just honest about it.
Banfield is just a mess of a vet clinic. Having to pay for care plan and can’t even use because they don’t have appointments 3 months out and no one answer the phones. They just steal your money and never help your pets. I would never recommend someone taking their pets here. Please don’t waste your money here. Always charging you for fee’s that are not necessary as well.
We love Banfield and are very happy that we have them to take care of our dog Jackson. He has special needs and at Banfield they take and respect all of his needs and do everything they can to aid him in having a happy tail life!
I could not have asked for a better place to bring our puppy, Fred, as we embark on care for him. Everyone here is awesome. I mean it. They are kind, attentive, professional, and they explain everything. I wouldn’t even think of letting someone else care for him.
