With Covid-19 this is the only open Bank of America around.  Went to see a teller and waited for 30 minutes outside and not one person went in.  The line was not moving at all so I left.

Well located.  Near transit and shopping.

Needs more tellers. Shouldn’t have to wait 30 minutes. Should also be able to use your phone debit card at the teller. You can’t access your account without your physical debit card

Difficult location with limited metered parking in area. 1 teller present when I walked in. Didn't wait too long. She was kind and courteous, made my withdrawal and left without issues. If your walking in area, taking a bus or nearby train its OK.

I love my bank. The only thing I don't love is, the ATM machines always have something wrong with them. ‍

Please fix the ATM machines. Always a problem with one or more of the atm machines in this location.
