Every time I visit this location there’s an issue with the atms. They’re always out of service. Unfortunately this is the closest branch to me since they closed the one in Greenpoint. Luckily if I need to deposit cash I may do so at a CVS near me and not waste my time going out of my way to do so here. Also once the atm ate my card and I nervously had to wait until the morning to ask staff to retrieve it. They were friendly which I why I at least gave 3 stars.
While this location is nice and clean, there is always an issue with the "system being down." It took me THREE attempts of going in, in person, to create a business account because they kept telling me I had to come back because something or another was broken, or down, or there was a human error that was made and needed time to be fixed. I used to love Capital One as a general banking company but this location needs some serious upgrades in technology and employee training. There are certain employees who struggling with basic computer skills which also resulted in many delays and issues with opening the account. None of the employees seemed to care that there had been major issues in what should be a very simple process. They just kept saying I'd have to come back... again. This branch honestly made me question using CapitalOne as a company in general. @CapitalOne - please do better at the few brick and mortar branches you have.
The ATM’s at this branch like to be off line or partially not working on weekends. This is unacceptable. It is almost making me want to go pay Chase monthly to be a customer there again. At least their ATM’s work on weekends.
Lines here move so slowly, soooo slowly!!!!, Been coming here for years but I'm gonna have to start looking for another place, I can't take it anymore
Someone wrote below that this location is currently closed. As of 01/15 that is not the case. It’s a nice branch— spacious and clean.
With most of the locations in this area closed for whatever reason, you would think the one location that remains open would go above and beyond for customer service. Nope, not this location. With a lobby line of people they still only had one teller workimg but at least three staff members present, that I saw. Two came out saw the line, yet one still decided to pull out her draw and go to lunch. What should have been a 5 min run in and run back out took 20-25 mins and a $60 ticket smh. Three windows one worker in the middle of the lunch day!

1 teller only was waiting to make a payment 20 minutes employee's where just standing around doing nothing worst branch ever been
Horrible location. Super unhelpful staff. Don’t bother asking for a manager. According to the “employees”, the manager oversees 3 branches and has never been around the multiple times I have attempted to speak with them. This bank is going downhill fast.
Tried to open another business account to no avail. I just opened a business account at another capital One branch maybe a month ago and the process was very simple. The host in this branch told me I would have to come in another day to do so. Very unhelpful.
