I would not walk in again in this bank, nasty people
Their ATM ate my $1,000 cash deposit. No one was able to help me. I had to call their customer service, and now I’m waiting up to 12 hours to see if I can be helped. Never using this bank again.
Great service, theres meter parking outside so there will always be someone leaving eventually so you'll always get parking... And there's always people inside to help you there it's a great place

Customer service is satisfactory
Salvatore, who has now been promoted as he is really an amazing manager, has always been so supportive of me as a business owner over the years in several capacities. The other business managers and staff are all very helpful as well and go above and beyond.
Great customer service, always someone to help. A bit crowded, they somehow do not have that remedied. I usually avoid the tellers at all cost at this branch.
Long lines and wait time. They're trying to force you to use their machines that don't have all the capabilities as a teller hence useless for most of my transactions. They come out with new regulations very often. I switched my accounts to Capital One. Quiet, fast and no hassles.
Worst bank i dealed with Customer services don't tell you what they need at once !!!!!! They tell you we need this and after you bring they tell you we need that !!! Rediculous bank that gives you hard time.
