Barclays Bank

The worst Bank to deal with, they need a photocopy of SSN/Drivers License & Utility Bill by post, surprise they have no secure fax nor secure email?. I really wan to talk to Sr.Executive of this Bank to give more context and feedback.

I cannot even give them 1 star. I was asked to fax additional information, which I did immediately. When I called back 2 days later to confirm that they had received my information, they informed me that I had to mail the information! I am so fed up with this poor poor service. Perhaps they will call me to make this right, after seeing this review - what are the chances?

The credit card has been great. Decent rate, etc. The biggest issue is their rewards program. I've been waiting for over 6 months to receive my redeemed rewards. Customer service is a bit rude when when calling to inquire about it. Supposedly they sent it out again, but it's again past their 7-10 day delivery estimate. Good card, just don't expect to be impressed with their rewards benefits, and in my case, not receive the rewards at all.

I wouldn’t recommend anyone to use this bank. They create rules penalties without informing customers. They have below minimal customer service. Take your money out immediately. 9/28/22

Do not use their credit cards. A company I used to move us fraudulently signed my name to some documents allowing them to make charges to my credit card. I brought this to Barclays and even provided proof, but they sided with the company and I had to pay over $800 in charges I didn’t authorize. Barclays is ok with someone using your card fraudulently. They don’t care. Buyer beware. Barclays supports fraud!

I was on hold for a live representative for nearly 75 minutes. No one ever picked up! No support on the FB page or easy way to contact corporate office.

The worse credit card company.
