Chase Bank

Wow has time when by u won't believe that Chase building was the old pizza hut where peoples was buying pizza & eating there to, I'm and olde school person just in case if anyone looking for old place of rememory well that one, if u in the Buckhead area of Piedmont Rd, u well see the difference

this is not a regular Bank the nice man named Parker could not take my deposit unless I had an ATM card this is what is wrong with Chase that's why I'm going to Ally they offer me 2.1% on my savings if you're going to have brick-and-mortar branches you should have full service this France is a joke. The joke is on Chase because I'm taking my money and depositing it somewhere else because I couldn't deposit it here oh well

I stopped in to deposit a check at this location. Inside the ATM area, there was a Caucasian homeless man inside sitting on the floor, smoking a cigarette which I am allergic to, begging for money and stating he needed help. I couldn't breathe but did make my deposit at 9:56pm. I attempted to report this to this bank, but they don't answer the phone number listed on their website online.

The staff are awesome if you encounter them. Only wish this was a full branch and not just a collection of ATMs.

No desk to speak a human. The only option is to sort in one of the two chairs in lobby and hope someone comes by. I wasted 20 minutes waiting before leaving.

The service here is horrible. The ATM’s at this location always have issues. Do not use your card here. I used my ATM card from my other bank to withdraw funds and the money never came out!!! However, the funds were taken out of my account. No one at Chase including the branch manager would help me. They told me it’s not their problem and to contact my other bank!!!! My other bank suggested that i deal with Chase if i want the issue resolved quick otherwise I would have to have to wait 2 weeks for them to look into the issue. Chase stole my money!!!! The ATM’s are raggedy!!!! Im closing my account. I forgot to mention that I waited over an hour for a manager!!! I’m contacting my lawyer tomorrow to see if I have a lawsuit.

One of the reasons that I prefer to use an ATM is because the process is quick and efficient and interaction with another human isn't necessary. However, even when I walk into this Chase and go directly and purposefully to the ATM, not appearing confused in any way, at least 3 people are unsolicitedly interacting with me and each more than once. A hello from 3 people. Someone asking if I need help using the machine. 3 people standing and STARING at me while I use the machine. And then 3 people telling me goodbye. I know this wouldn't bother a lot of people, but it's just too much. My social anxiety is at a peak just being near this branch. Please back off. Helping people when they need help is one thing. Inserting yourself into someone's space is obnoxious.

Mr. Steve was such a great individual and representative of Chase. Extremely helpful and Ms.Conny was helpful too!

The ATMs are like giant ipads and can provide any denomination. The bank tellers are friendly but I rarely need thier assistance. Between the ATMs and the mobile app I can manage all of my banking needs. I would have given 5 stars but the mobile app is missing touchid for the iPhone
