The first bad review I have ever given but I honestly do not know how this Capital One coffee shop stays in business. Worst customer service I have ever experienced!!! We ordered a drink that was highly recommended by staff. After tasting it, we discovered it was not palatable and kindly asked if we could exchange it. Although the drink was over $7, we didn’t ask for a refund nor reimbursement for the difference in price. The red headed “manager” who doesn’t know how to smile, knows very little about customer service and advised we “should know your own pallet”. She went on with the rudest remarks about how we should expect not to like something if we order a new drink. Do yourself a favor and go to Starbucks or other coffee shop. Horrible experience!!
This location remains on-brand with comfortable spaces and tasty drinks. But Ambassador Rick, friendly and informative, is the reason that my visit was so memorable. I am admittedly already a fan of Capital One, yet Rick somehow was able to further increase my affinity for the brand.Food: 5/5
Banking is amazing. Workers in the cafe should not be working. Rude, so much attitude, and never making the right drinks. Why did you get a job here if you don’t want to do your job?
The employees that work at this location are very friendly and professional. They make you feel welcomed and comfortable. Great job Capital One Cafe for hiring such amazing employees!!!! Food: 5/5
This used to be a Peets coffee and was quite nice. The Peets branding has gone and the coffee tastes terrible and is way overpriced, unless you get the 50% discount by paying with a Capital One card. $7.35 for a 16oz Americano. Avoid.
Absolutely wonderful experience. Their location allows for an easy entrance and exit. If you look to the left of The Cheesecake Factory, there is a walkway. Take it and it will deposit you right in from of their establishment. The drinks are amazing and the staff is really nice. The $1 drinks for the month of July and August are icing on the cake.
Large ice americano in a medium size cup was over 7 dollars with tax. So overpriced.
Nice option instead of Starbucks, and I'm honestly so thankful I can get a good caffeine fix before shopping. The baristas are always super cool and make great recommendations.Food: 4/5
I don’t usually come to this location, however I decided to stop by. I was greeted by Whitteny. She suggested a drink to me that I wasn’t sure about but I decided to try it anyway. It surprisingly was delicious. She and I had a quick chat about the drink and during that conversation I felt like more than just a guest. I told her I would return just for her superior service.
I have been to the lenox mall location before and it was a great experience. However, when I visited the store on 1/7/24 around 3:00pm, this was the worst experience I have ever had at this location. The lady at the register was beyond rude and had a dismissive disposition as I approached the register and took a few seconds to decide on what I wanted to order. I disregarded it and waited for my beverage. After I picked up my beverage, my friend went to the register to inform the cashier that he did not receive the 50% discount for being a Capital One member and she told him "You should have told me that and I would have rung it up" with an unprofessional tone. Prior to that we observed her signal a customer with a head motion that their beverage will be at the end. Overall, this was the WORST experience, and she should not be at the register assisting customers with that attitude. This needs to be addressed with your employees because the customer experience is super important, and I never leave reviews but felt that this was something that needs to be shared with the leadership team.
