Barlovento Latin Bistro

Really nice food. The cojito was absolutely fantastic! Pretty great food, and the service was just excellent. Warm and inviting in a way that is just not normal for a mid-town/Murray Hill spot. The owner came by to give us shots for being new!

I went here last weekend for Easter with my family, the food was great and the space they give for large parties is even better. I love that they are not on top of you and allow you to have space which is important. The waiters and waitresses were also very kind. The drinks were great and strong. My two personal favorite items on the menu were the asparagus and the beef empanadas, to die for !!!! I would definitely go back. Much recommended

Just had my Bridal Shower luncheon here this afternoon. I'm almost at a loss for words at how phenomenal my entire experience was. The wait staff were attentive, extremely helpful when we were decorating, and very very nice. I am very picky when it comes to latin food since I cook it very well and the Chef blew us all away with how delicious every single dish was. And last but not least the owner Anthony went above and beyond to make sure my day was exceptional. He was amazing to work with and extremely flexible. I have been to this establishment just for dinner and now for my event and both experiences were fantastic. I highly recommend Barlovento to any and everyone looking to have a wonderful dining experience that will leave your taste buds more than satisfied. Thank you guys for making my day and treating us like family.

Liked this place! Will come back. The food was yummy and service was on point. Furthermore it was really cheap! My meal came with an alcoholic beverage included!

Sangria was delish. Trifongo was incredible.. ambiance was superb. Music was on point.. this place is a great spot for happy hour.
