I have called three times today to get a delivery and each time they put me on hold for 8 min and then they hang up the phone. Terrible experience and I didn’t even have to eat the food

I use to order at least twice a week. If you call to complain about something they did wrong,the women there are disrespectful and don't let you complete your sentence before they cut in cause what they need to say is more important than correcting the problem at that moment. Tonight I ordered a large chicken soup and a small beef soup and rice. The lg chicken soup was liquid with 2 tiny pieces of chicken. The time before that they took meat from something else and stuck it in the soup. I was able to see that the meat was not made or part of the soup. Fool me once shame on you, fool me twice shame on me,but it'll be the last time!!!!!

Cheap and tasty 5/5. Good food. Good portions. Excellent prices. I've only had the chicken stew, pork ribs and mofongo. Gena's Grill always hits the spot for me. This is a little further than two other PR/Dominican spots but this one is worth the extra avenue or two.

Hate to give these guys a bad review because i use to order from them regularly but something needs to be said. 1. When you order over the phone no one speaks english to take your order correctly. I have gotten my order mixed up countless times because of this. I understand this is a spanish restaurant but you’re losing business if you cant understand your customers 2. If you can see in the photos there is a foreign object mixed in with the food. Not sure how that happened.
