This place was awesome. Friendly staff that were helpful yet not following you around. It was the perfect mix of service and leaving me alone to find a good book. Plus my daughter loved you had the mini beanie babies.

Pretty irritating experience here today. I came to do some work, but all the tables near an outlet are hardly big enough to put your coffee and one book down on. They are way too tiny. So I pulled two small tables together to make a space for my computer and other books/papers I was using (It was absolutely dead—I would not take up 2 tables if it was busy and people needed them). I’m minding my own business doing my work and a manager comes up to me and says “ma’am, you can’t have this table here, this space needs to be clear” I look over because I’m like “surely he’s not talking to me”..there was still PLENTY of aisle space open not to mention an entirely empty aisle to get to the cash register right next to me. I looked perplexed and said “oh okay” and he said “Were you using this table?” (as if it clearly wasn’t obvious?) and I said, “Yeah, I actually was.” And he just said “Well I’m sorry but it can’t be here.” So I got up and left and won’t be returning to this location. I am also a regional manager for another company in the area (although I look young and was dressed down today, which is perhaps the reason he felt okay coming to bother me)..I always have a ton of paperwork to do. Of all the great coffee shops in the area, I chose YOURS. Your tables are ridiculously small and I didn’t see any harm in using two..especially after I paid $5 for a drink that would cost around $2 at any other real Starbucks. Just disappointed because it’s obviously not a huge life shattering deal..but any job I’ve ever worked, “the customer has to come first”..that doesn’t seem to apply for more and more companies I’m seeing though. If I was making trouble or it was truly busy or invasive where I was sitting, I would totally understand. But I HATE when people make stupid illogical rules to be a bother for no real or valid reason. You wanted me to leave? You got it. I left. You made a big deal out of nothing when I was a patron in your store trying to get work done after debating where I should go..and I chose B&N Cafe, so I will make a big deal here and give you 1 star because I didn’t like how I was treated when I wasn’t bothering anyone and I frequent this business often.

Very nice staff! Was looking for a few minutes then went to a staff member and they directed to me what I was looking for immediately. Oh and I got a cookie at the starbucks (could not resist as the receipt from my purchase gave me a buy one get one free). it was incredible!

Very wide expanse of books. However, I was not able to did the book I wanted due to its book not being alphabetically sorted and the ‘favorite series’ section only had the first book or two that were good. However, other than this slight annoyance, 10/10 would go there again.

Wide selections of books and toys. Last December I did some of my Christmas shopping here. Only down side is that it is a bit pricey, but that's to be expected at a mall location. I mainly shop here when the manga and graphic novels are buy two get one free, which occurs every now and then.
