I’m a senior with double hip replacement but was an athlete all my life. I had great trepidation going back to a “gym” type setting. The folks at Barre3 could not have made me feel more welcome and comfortable, both staff and members. Emphasis is on working at your own level and doing what is right for your body. I already feel stronger and look forward to my workouts. Just a fantastic experience.

I have tried it all but always come back to Barre3.  As a working mom of two, the downtown lunch-time classes are perfect for me. It gets my heart pumping and helps me take my mind off of work and life for a moment! The studio is clean and spacious and the instructors are always welcoming.

LOVE barre3 workouts! They are great for any stage of your life! My mom and I enjoy going to classes together. Good all around workout and I always leave feeling better than when I walked in.

This has been a great way to get back into shape after Covid!! The music is great, the people are super nice and the other people in the class are friendly. I am not a coordinated person and I just feel like I am only going to get better.  I would try it-it's worth it!

I really enjoy going to Barre3. All of the instructors are super friendly and engage with everyone in the room. Very clean and welcoming environment. Come feel the burn, you will not regret it!!!

I was very intimidated to try barre. I always heard it was ballet. I have been so surprised and impressed with how much I get out of a class and how helpful and welcoming everyone has been. Some days are focused on strength and some days on movement and some are stretching and recovery! I’m hooked

I love taking classes at Barre3! The instructors are all really great with awesome music too!, the space is clean, and I always leave feeling better physically and mentally!

Everyone is really nice and welcoming. The classes are great for people of all ranges of fitness, whether you're just getting back into it or want a fun alternative to your usual workout.

Love going to these classes! It really helps me to stay motivated to work out every week. I always walk away feeling like I got a really good work out in!

Great class! The instructor was very friendly, high energy, and super helpful with explaining correct form. The atmosphere of the studio is really nice all around.
