Dropped in twice while in town for a wedding. Had a very negative experience at another studio in town before coming to Free to Be  based upon a recommendation from another yogi.  I was welcomed with warm arms.  Classes not only met, but exceeded expectations.  Can’t say enough good things!

I love Free to Be Yoga! The classes are challenging physically and mentally healing. The teachers are kind, approachable, and motivational. The community there is strong but inclusive. I'm a beginner and love that I'm challenged but not intimidated.

Free to be power yoga is my favorite yoga studio in the city of New Orleans they have such great energy and are very knowledgeable plus the studio is extremely clean and you always leave feeling like you’ve got a great session of yoga

I love the time and length and intensity of the classes. The instructors are very friendly and helpful. I've tried several yoga studios in town and this one is by far my favorite.

While the beginner's yoga class is intense, the instructors were patient and the meaning of each pose was explained. I didn't have to feel intimidated by my skill level and physical size.

Positive friendly instructors! The classes are challenging in a great way!

Best yoga studio in New Orleans, hands down. Warm and welcoming.
