Barrier Reef Pools & Spas

My experience was good. Scott took me to see 2 pools. Hoping for them to be a bit more flexible as we would love to do business with them .

They came to my home and told me I needed a new pump and it would be 4,000 I called another company and they charged me 600. I can't believe how they are out here trying to scam people. His name is Randy Heath

They were very prompt in coming out for a site survey and estimate cost for a pool install. Management quickly followed up with answers to our questions. Staff at the Little River Office couldn't have been nicer. We are very please with our service thus far and have made our initial deposit so the Pool is now on order. (8/20/14) Jeff, Shannon, Scott, Chris, Shawn, Ground Crew, and Denise are making this an enjoyable experience. Love when a plan comes together! * On schedule! 9/16 Ground Man Chris, came out to set the pump 9/17 Backhoe Crew out to dig the Pool hole...awesome 9/17 Pool arrives along with Boom Truck...what precision! 9/17 Pool boomed into place....what a team! 9/17 Boss Man out to make sure everything is running smoothly...thanks Scott! stay tuned!! 9/18 Pool filled, pump filter on, grading done, concrete on its way! 9/26 Concrete done 10/6 Fence installed 10/9 Everything looking good & waiting on final inspection! Fantastic job, Scott & Crew !!! 07/21/16- Over the top satisfied! Love it! Love it! Love it!!!

Nice people but they gouged me for a special order O Ring for my Zodiac sanitizer. They charged $31.67 for a 3.8" O Ring. When I got home and checked online I found the same exact item for $7.94 plus $4.99 shipping. I called back and asked if they charged me correctly and was told it was a special order and they had to pay shipping. They won't fool me twice. Not going back here, EVER.

Your contractor from Jacksonville, FL, is a a POS!!! contractor. He rips customers off and is going to be reported to the State of FL He is your contractor and I would stay far away from if your company wants to keep a good name. I will do whatever it takes to put this contractor out of business. I will never let another customer get ripped off by him again!!!!
