Batteries Plus Bulbs

Bought four wheeler Duracell battery with two year warranty for $139. Bought instead of one that cost $80 with lesser warranty because salesman told me Duracell stood behind their products. To bad Batteries + doesn't! Took back April 13th still under warranty, but they would not replace. Asked when last time started four wheeler, gave them honest answer first of January. They told me that voided my warranty which tells me they will do anything they can to not honor their warranties. Have Dixon lawn mower with 3 year old Die Hard battery, not started since September, which started first try that same day. Four Wheeler always stored in garage next to lawnmower where temperature kept above 35 degrees in the winter! The person helping was indifferent about the whole situation. Last time will go to Batteries + after shopping there for years!

Literally the worst company I’ve ever experienced. I went in to get my screen fixed on my phone & when I returned for it the guy fixing it said he broke my home button in the process. Rather than offering to fix it or even reimburse me, he tried sending me on my way. Obviously angry I asked what he expected me to do about a problem he caused, the ending result was I got a refund, he put my broken screen back on and my home button was still broke. I wouldn’t recommend this place if it was the last place in town.

From online order to pickup took less than 45 minutes. Hats off to our Idaho Falls Store!! Great product and a great price. Thank you.

The co. is messed up. The web site says the item is in the store and it is not. The web site says I can pick it up and the store tells me they have to order and it will be 10 days. The co. email says I'll need the order number, a photo ID and the credit card I used for the online purchase to pick it up. The store is happy to just see the email on my phone. And why does the co. say I need the whole lot in the first place? Does any other co. do this? Not hat I know of. But I got the product exactly as I wanted and at a good price.

First time buyer online, Set up an account after finding the batteries I needed. Other Hardware stores and Walmart did not carry them and Batteries Plus made it so easy to find and purchase. Even got my wife to stop in and pickup at store while out and about. No shopping (hunting) or checkout, just pickup prepaid at the counter. Auto dim welding helmet restored and back in action.
