Bauer & Clausen Optometry

I am absolutely blown away by the service at Bauer and Clausen today!! I was new patient and I am so excited that I never have to look for a new eye doctor again!! The second I opened the door I was greeted with a smile, the receptionist was super sweet, paperwork went fast and easy. The gentleman who did my eye tests in the back was very friendly and helpful! I saw Dr. Bauer today, such a knowledgeable doctor and answered all of my questions. My exam was quick and thorough, I wasn’t pressured into buying my contacts or lenses on the spot. Instead, they wanted to make sure the trial pair I was given worked well!! The girl who helped me check out was very nice and helpful when answering my pricing questions as well!! From start to finish my experience was nothing short of 5 Star!! And their new building is absolutely beautiful too!! Thank you Bauer and Clausen for being fabulous!!

Best eye doctors in Billings. Very nice office setting, and modern equipment to check every aspect of an eye issue you may have. I’ve gone to Baur and Clausen for years and do not plan on changing a thing.

Friendly, Professional Eye care. I was referred here by a friend and all I can say is wow. My eye doc, Jessica Forsch and all the staff members, exceeded my expectations. From the moment that I booked the appointment until after I got my contacts, I was treated with respect, kindness and professionalism. The facility itself is huge and beautiful. When you walk in the front door you are greeted with smiles and offers of bottled water, coffee or tea. They also give you a new patient welcome package including eye glasses cleaner and cloth, coffee mug and other assorted goodies. Because I was referred, I also got $10 off my visit and my friend got $20, I believe. I had to try two different brands before we found the right fit and the doc was more than willing to answer my questions and make sure that I was comfortable and could see flawlessly. I can't say enough about this place. I highly recommend Bauer & Clausen Optometry for all your eyecare needs; specifically Jessica Forsch (as she's the only optometrist that I saw). Thank you gals for such stellar service.
