Billings Eyecare Associates: Dr. Kerry T. Sanchez/ Dr. Ruben C. Sanchez

My experience with Dr. Kerry Sanchez and Billings Eyecare Associates has been excellent! I found out about Dr. Kerry three years ago and switched to him as my eye doctor. I always leave with the confidence of a thorough eye exam which includes a review of my family history, pictures of the health of my eyes as well as detailed explanation for what Dr. Kerry is doing and recommends. I love the peace of mind he gives me knowing we are doing everything we can to maintain the health of my eyes! He and his staff go above and beyond working with my insurance company and the billing process. The office environment is kind, courteous, and professional. With the health of our eyes being so important, I can't think of anyone more competent and professional than Dr. Kerry Sanchez to meet those needs. I highly recommend Dr. Kerry Sanchez if you are looking for a great eye doctor!

Great atmosphere, easy to schedule and don’t have to sit and wait in the lobby Dr. Kerry has a great sense of humor and respects the needs and time of his patients.

I'm so very happy with the care I have received over the years at Billings Eye Care Associates. Dr. Kerry is fantastic. He has not only squeezed me last minute for an eye emergency, but he also has consistently kept my vision corrected to 20/15, and I can even read a few of the 20/10 letters. He is very knowledgeable and spends extra time answering questions and making sure I understand what is going on. I'm also very impressed with his wonderful staff. They always greet us with a smile and a kind word. One of them even stayed on the phone with my insurance for 45 minutes to track down benefits on my behalf. What I am most thankful for about Dr. Sanchez is that he finally talked me into getting LASIK eye surgery. I have been considering it for 20 years and had my reservations. His confidence and the extra time he took to answer my million questions truly is what got me to move forward with it. I'm so pleased with the results. There have been several follow up visits from the surgery and Dr. Kerry has worked around my schedule so I didn't have to miss work. He is a fantastic doctor but more importantly, a fantastic person. The professional's at Billings Eyecare Associates are very well trained and mannered. They are quick to help find a solution and prompt when informing patients of any new information. In addition to there work ethic, the team is very kind and personable. It is always a pleasure going to see any of the talented Dr's and staff of Billings Eyecare Associates!!

My family has been going to Kerry Sanchez since my three girls were in kindergarten (my oldest is a Junior in high school). Kerry has always taken good care of us. Recently, my youngest daughter somehow contracted a very rare bacterial infection in her eye. I immediately got her in to Kerry who ended up referring us out to a corneal specialist. During our 6 week ordeal, Kerry would call us and see how my daughter was doing and I would call Kerry any time I had a question or concern during the episode. This really meant a lot to me. We are so very lucky that my daughter's infection was not worse and she didn't lose her eyesight altogether! I firmly believe that that did not happen because Kerry acted quickly and referred us out as soon as he knew her condition required a specialist. I tell everyone now that as soon as you have an infection in your eye, even if you think it is pink eye, go to your eye doctor immediately. I refer Billings Eyecare Associates to all of my friends and family and am 100% confident in their skills. Thank you Kerry for taking such good care of my family! Brandae Scherr
