Kautz Optometry

Great Veteran owned business. Got in this past Tuesday for my appointment and got my prescription before the end of the week. Very professional and Dr. Kautz kept the examination environment very calm and to the point.

The absolute worst experience I have ever had with trying to get my glasses- They messed my order up 2 times- I’ve been waiting since October. First excuse: Tech- Family issue so my order got lost but they texted me and said they were in- of course it was “No FAULT of JENNIFERS” Second time: The New guy hit the wrong button and my payment was never processed so the glasses never got ordered- again “NOT JENNIFERS FAULT” Then she hangs up on me- what a SS- DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE! Should have known better! What a joke.

called to get son appointment after his pieds dr mentioned he might need glasses. The dr answered the phone was able to schedule him the next day!! sadly I got stuck at work and called to reschedule the receptionist was super nice and helpful. see you Monday!

He does not even deserve one star. Do not go to him he is a joke and rips insurances off.he will misdiagnosis to do more tests to get more money out of you and insurances. If you have went to him go stop treatment and go get a second opinion asap

Doc Kautz was very professional and efficient. With a touch of humor. I felt my exam was thorough and my prescription was very exact. Thanks I'll be back:)
