Bay 1 Ice Cream And Sandwich Shop

For the best ice cream on the beach, this is one of our favorites for sure. Mark, the owner and staff are great and very accomodating. They also serve lunch, and I've heard that their Cuban is great, though I haven't tried it yet, but plan to. We are a small business too and appreciate small, local shops and believe in supporting all the great beach businesses. We have many times recommended our customers visit Bay 1 Ice Cream after a boat trip or especially if they are renting a scooter. A great fun place to stop while tooling around the beach. The scoops of ice cream were big and the prices were on the low end. We are not local so this was our first time trying Working Cow icecream and it was delicious. The staff was great. Everyone was very patient with us while making decisions and they interacted with my children. We even received a new cone when my son dropped his. We will definitely be back for more yummy ice cream and to try the empanadas and sandwiches.

THE BEST ICE CREAM EVER!!! Super nice service and clean! Great selection of ice cream, food, and snacks! When ever we go to Florida we always go here, we can’t miss it! And the lady that normally serves you is the nicest and happiest person ever!

Excellent ice cream! I got the FishHawk Dream. We went to several other ice cream parlors during our stay and all of us (from the 4 year old to the 64 year old) agreed Bay 1 has the best product.

Great place for a Cuban sandwich!! Very friendly staff!! But don't tip them on your credit or debit card because the hard working/friendly employees behind the counter wont get the money!! Managment keeps it.....Not smart business in my opinion.
