Prior to our visit , we made an appointment with G , He helped me by providing all the necessary information about the car and made the process flawless! I highly suggest going to G if you want to get the best deal! Comparing their inventory and prices they are by far a great dealer. Great Service! Salas man G and Manager Vinnie is really professional and attentive and very honest. A Very pleasurable experience when purchasing a new vehicle.

BEWARE - This business is in the process of new owners taking over. They claim they REPAIRED the items I brought my vehicle in for - Which the same things are still happening along with new issues. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS BUSINESS Oh - any response that you may receive from a review seems to be a reply from someone that no longer is working for this dealer, along with a phone number for a totally different dealer. I wish I read some of the other reviews before trusting this place to work on my vehicle. Good Luck

My car was clean when I gave it in for service. I don’t expect them to clean it…. Got it back dirty + written on my back window “wash ur self” c photo attached Gave a 3 star because my service advisor was very nice

The service staff was friendly and helpful. But my issue is with the cost if I go anywhere else for an oil change it would cost me between $38-$50. The oil change at the dealership cost me $108. and change. As much as I enjoy Bay Ridge Chevrolet and their staff, I will be doing my future oil changes at my local mechanics.

I called 16 Chevy dealerships in NYS to find Advantage and get my 2023 Bolt at MSRP. Had an excellent sales experience with Victoria Mejia. I placed a deposit on the car sight unseen and didn't come into the dealership until 4 days later. So, I was very relieved that there were no unhappy surprises; the vehicle was exactly as described, and the price never changed. As with all Chevy dealerships I think the time of the month you buy the vehicle is critical as they offer better pricing at the end of the sales month.

I just wanted to say thank you to Greg H. I have a 2020 Chevy Trax, for some reason my truck wouldn’t close it was malfunctioning. I called around to my local Chevy dealership for help and no one assisted me except for Greg. He walked me through the whole process while I was panicking. He was clam and detailed, I am so thankful.
