Bay Runner Shuttle

McKayla was an awesome help when Greyhound told me I would have to drive from hagerstown to baltimore to pick up my son AFTER I had paid for his ticket to Hagerstown. Greyhound was not all that helpful stating that the bayrunner bus was full, nothing they could do about it and if I didn't come get him, the next ride out was not until the next day. I called Bayrunner myself and McKayla assisted me and called the driver who was making the stop in Baltimore to pick up Hagerstown people, etc. She phoned me back within minutes and said my Son was good to go with them and that he would be arriving in Hagerstown at 9pm that same night. Kudos to Bayrunner! Now my son is trying to find ways to ride with them forever and wants to start a business like that..LOL!

I appreciate the timely email reminder for the ride. It provides detail direction to the waiting area at the airport and contact phone number in case the flight delays. The drivers are all very friendly each time I used the shuttle. Highly recommended!
