I've had the opportunity to work with CATS a couple times and find their professionalism, availability, and communication to be great. The dispatchers and drivers are all courteous and very friendly and I feel that the do their best to accommodate us even at the last minute, when possible.  Their reliability makes them someone worth using again and again.
