Dillon's Bus Services

Their buses are old and poorly maintained. The A/C rarely works and there are not any windows. I’m writing this as I sit in a bus that is over 100 degrees and full of people. Also, I had my pants torn by a sharp piece of metal from the seat (Dillon won’t reimburse me). 1 Star because I can’t go lower. The drivers are great, but the company is poorly managed.

I can think of maybe 2 good things about this service: we've broken down only once and I haven't died commuting on this bus...yet. Everything else in between is horrible. The seats are filthy. I'm surprised I haven't caught a ringworm I've sat in more than a few that would really go flying if ever in an accident Tardiness is not paramount for this company. My bus to go home is supposed to arrive at 3:35, but there have been many times that bus never showed up. Just disappeared! And when you call their office they will either insist it is there of feed you a lie to shut you up. Now you're angry AND late getting home. Let me add the fact that you are constantly breathing the exhaust from the bus during your trip, and I don't mean a little bit either. I'm telling you, someone is going to get carbon monoxide poisoning soon. I hate this service but am forced to use it. MTA really needs to reevaluate their association with this company. They are getting robbed.

It’s a good bus but the only concern I have is, there always late. The 3 buses came in 20 minutes late and the fourth bus was 30 minutes late!

This is the worse bus service ever. The 250 and 260 buses are always late, or they do not show up at all. Inexperienced drivers. Smh. I got on the 250 bus this morning. Was supposed to be the 7:30 bus, but was late as usual. When we proceeded to leave, the driver asked the riders to teach her the route. We had passengers telling her how to get downtown, and what stops to make. So of course, everyone was late getting to work. Dillons really needs to step it up or they are going to get outbidded every time by Martz and Keller.

If I could give it ZERO STARS I WOULD.......today was the trip from HELL. 5 minutes into our ride the bus broke down. We waiting 1 hour and a half to get on the road. As of now we are sitting in the terminal after we were supposed to board at 10 pm. We were JUST INFORMED that they are sending a bus from Baltimore to come get us. This is unacceptable and unprofessional.
