If I could rate this place at a negative 1000 with no stars I would ! Let me start off by revealing that this place is the pure definition of ghetto . First of all I was hired from an open orientation that they had because THEY were in need of drivers as soon as possible. So I decided to apply and dedicate my time to the possibly working for this company. Secondly might I say, the orientation was messy. One of the supervisors name NYA BOYD did the orientation and never specified the important parts of the hiring process until if after they received our drug,background,and alcohol test back. It took atleast a week for me to get a call back where Nya told me I was clear to start work the next day on that Monday . Remind you she called me on a Sunday evening ! Telling me that we needed to purchase our own uniforms to wear for the two week training process . Ok first of all you call a few hours before we are suppose to be there to let us know that we have to purchase our own uniforms ( light blue hirt, and navy blue or black pants, not jeans or leggings either ) right before we have to turn around and be there at 6am sharp !! Well that's unorganized don't you think. Ok so I rush out on a Sunday evening to find a uniform and I called the lady Nya Boyd while I was in the store and specifically asked her was there a particular type of pants we had to wear . She says no, just black or blue slacks . Ok so I grabbed a pair of black slacks and proceeded to go home and get ready for training . Now here's where it gets really ratchet and unprofessional as well. I arrive and there was two trainers there , but there was the main one who was suppose to be training us by the name of AMANDA ! I repeat AMANDA ! She's lucky I can't remember her last name . But yea she's a big heavy set brown skin pregnant miserable woman who clearly hates herself and her job. So anyways when I arrive she's already showing negative energy to us and the entire classroom by being rude , telling us we need to tuck our shirts in, to take this off and that, we need to be in proper uniform , this lady was super rude with the way she talked to us as if we were her slaves ! You don't believe me, than apply and see for yourself . So she comes to me about my pants and says I will be sent home because they are wrong . So I'm looking at my pants because I don't see how when NYA BOYD told me that we just needed black or blue slacks so I purchased black slacks with the last bit of money I had for this training in the first place ! So she says well your going to be sent home for not having the right pants. She did not care or consider that atleast I tried and we was never told the kind of pants anyway. Just black or blue so why am I being held accountable for lack of what you should have told us specifically to prevent it ! Anyways so she lets me stay for the day , I seen Nya Boyd and confronted her about my pants and told her that the FAT MISERABLE UGLY trainer from hell AMANDA was rude about my pants and said they were wrong but I don't have all sorts of money to throw around to buy for pants at this moment ! NYA BOYD TOLD ME MY PANTS WERE FINE AND THAT SHE WOULD SPEAK WITH HER ABOUT IT AND TO STILL COME TO TRAINING THE NEXT DAY SO I DID ! Remind you these people were providing us with the mv transit uniforms anyway once training was over so I don't even understand what was the point in even having us purchase our own bootleg uniforms all to turn around and give us the company uniform after training ! It's beyond pathetic and stupid . So today I go in with my same pants because Nya Boyd told me she would speak with her about it and that my pants were fine . Well guess what ?! They were not . As soon as FAT AMANDA came in her attitude was stinky as usual and instead of saying goodmorning , the first thing her fat self blurts out is " IF YOUR NOT IN PROPER UNIFORM HAVE A GOOD DAY " how rude ! You never know what someone is going through or what they can afford so how dare you treat people like that .

I applied for the driving job and we haf to pay for our unform. What I dont understand is the tranding part...you have to know how to use a map. .who use maps anymore? Not only that when you take the test you have and hour doung that hour people are talking looking over your shoulder's asking you to hurry up you don't have that much time, do you have anything on you paper...they talk more to you then they did trying to teach the test ...I just believe that they could have had some people who was professional to take over the class even though the people were nice but Not to professional. .

Negative 5 stars. This company will let a person go for blinking to fast while driving. I left the company due to their unrealistic expectations. I have never met more rude and disrespectful people in my entire life. The Curtis Bay locations is very unorganized. Asking questions is a problem. Talking is a problem. Being informed is a problem for the HR office. Very unprofessional and they will hang up on you and pretend like they do not know who you are. Disbatch is full of people who talk about each other all day and do not answer the phone. Im so glad i am no long apart of this company. I will be filing a formal complaint with the corporate office.

Wonderful place to work for. Easy going if you follow directions well. Pay is 'almost' perfect.
