Most horrible service I have ever experienced -- on a holiday weekend, being transported both to the airport and back to the garage to the daily parking at BWI was a nightmare. If you were not at the first stop, you had no hope of being picked up, because as soon as the shuttle filled up, they bypassed all others, and instead of beginning with the second stop on the next go-around, they continued with starting at stop 1. We waited over 45 minutes at stop 2 after our flight to watch 3 full buses go by before finally getting squeezed into the 4th that came. I don't even want to know how long the poor souls at stops 3 and 4 will be waiting. Extremely poorly managed with something any idiot could figure out. When several people waiting asked the several EMPTY long term buses if they could call a supervisor to get another daily garage bus going, all refused and said it was "not their department." Inexcusable.

Most terrible experience as a driver i have ever had at a company-for all you drivers looking for work do yourself a favor and apply elsewhere-they dont like or respect drivers there .do you ever notice why they are aleays hiring.
